[rdiff-backup-users] adding symbolic tags to backups?

A feature that would be nice in rdiff-backup would be the ability to
add one or more names to a particular backup rather than only listing
them by date.  (unless i'm missing something 0.10.2 doesn't do this)

So that a restore could be done using something similar to:

 rdiff-backup -r monday-backup backup-fu/ /restore/path

or

 rdiff-backup -r build-12345 backup-fu/ /restore/path
