[rdiff-backup-users] New Release: 1.2.1

Hi all,

I have made a new stable release to improve Windows support. It is  
backwards compatible with 1.2.0. The Windows binary is now distributed  
as a zip file, which includes documentation on how to use rdiff-backup  
under Windows.

Produce a new binary for Windows which includes the Python for Windows
Extensions. Thanks to Shohn Trojacek for reporting the problem.

Disable hardlinks by default when backup source or restore destination  
is
