Multiple pages should certainly be considered. New features will increase
the number of users for whom skencil is the best draing program. I have no
experience with multiple pageed documents. If you think it is useful, why
not ?
It is not easy to oversee all details. It would be important to know more
precisely the effort and  the consequences. Skencil should be as self
contained as possible, i.e. also the majority of excport and import
filters should then support multiple pages. I am a bit reluctant to do
fundamental changes, at least without much planing.
If you are willing to make a plan and work on the implemention, I will
certainly help,
