I'd also like to take the opportunity to express my opinion on the way
SKS stores keys.
Seeing as the keydump is about 4GB, and continually growing, I'm
wondering what will happen in the future as it increases.
It will eventually become larger than a standard DVD, making it more
difficult to transport via 'sneakernet' (physical media.)
SKS is currently the only viable keyserver in my opinion, I find it a
bit strange that every peer must have a redundant copy of every key.
I would prefer if the reconciliation protocol allowed keyservers to
store only a small subset of all keys (i.e. 500MB) in a peer-to-peer
sort of arrangement (similar to Gnutella, Freenet or BitTorrent.)
The size of the key database is discouraging for those of us who want
to participate, but have low amounts of available disk space.

If only I knew anything about OCaml and had some free time, I would
contribute some code to SKS, but unfortunately, I don't have either.
