Best Jean-François the following prescription willserve you: 1. Enable `TeX-error-overview-open-after-TeX-run' option. 2. Type C-c C-t C-w (TeX-toggle-debug-warnings) before C-c C-c. I haven't found out why we can't do without `TeX-error-overview-open-after-TeX-run', but I expect the above prescription is effective as a work around anyway.
