[avrdude-dev] ATtiny2313 and pony-stk200 problems?

I just committed a patch to the patch manager to add
configuration data for the ATtiny2313.

All of my testing on the t2313 on the STK500 have worked fine, but I can  
not
get the t2313 to work with pony-stk200 parallel port hardware.

I was hoping someone here might have some insight as to how I can get the  
t2313
to work on the pony-stk200?  Maybe this is related to bug report # 7383?

Is anyone using pony-stk200 hardware under XP with AVRDUDE?
