Nothing.
The Modified BSD allows anyone to do this.

I think I remember that you said that you had a special agreement with NAG about that, ie you cannot change the license.

I guess sooner or later we will have GPL'ed code inside Axiom. So what you are saying is that we should not bother too much with GPL'ed code but rather use it and thus change the Axiom License to GPL.

Would be interesting to hear what other people think about Axiom under GPL.
