[Bug swing/23527] JMenu with shortcut/accelerator looks bad

Hi Swing hackers,

some of the recent UI delegate refactoring broke menus (again).
At the moment (classpath cvs 2005.09.27), the menus are not rendered
at all. I guess that qualifies as 'looks bad', too. Tested with jamvm 1.3.2
and cp cvs under Linux x86. Or should I submit a new PR for this?  

Just run the testcase and watch a completely empty menubar :-(
