Done, but I think duplicate information is an opportunity for future
stale information. :-)
- also in the --help output, it is traditional to use STRING instead of
<string>.
It may be traditional, but I think <string> is better. See `gcc --help'.
- in ed.texinfo, the @contents line should be moved after the
@end titlepage.

- in ed.texinfo, in the --loose-exit description, I suggest adding a
sentence like this:
This can be useful when ed is invoked as the editor for crontab.

- in NEWS, the mention of --no-pause should be removed.
