Usually it would become cygpspp-core.dll. But I can't find anything
like that on my installation. If you can give me a hint what to test,
I can have a look at it.

I don't have a clue what libpspp-core is for, but I guess it has
nothing to do with the perl warnings? As far as I can see the perl
messages are only warnings.
Have fun
