PSPP-BUG: Re: [bug #26380] Issue when compiling for MSWindows

In src/.libs of the master version there is only:
 libpspp.a
 libpspp.la
 libpspp.lai
 libpspp-core.a
 libpspp-core.la
 libpspp-core.lai

But no dll.

In /src from the stable version there is no ./libs at all.
