[gettext] update .cvsignore files

Hello,
  when I work with gettext CVS, I see many messages about files
which should be ignored; thus I'd like to ask you to update .cvsignore
files.

Attached please find a patch.  The upper part shows file names which
should be added to newly created .cvsignore files; the lower part is
a regular patch.
(It'd take too much work to generate full patch, because of cvs
limitations.)
