Problem: compiling gcc v3.1.5 with Mingw on win32

Hello,

I am grateful user of gawk on win32 for many years. Since
version 3.1.1 I have compiled gawk with the mingw
implementation of the gcc without any problems. However,
all my attempts to compile gcc v3.1.5 with mingw failed
with the following error messages:
