Hi Aharon,I originally posted this to bug-gnu-utils as I thought the bug-gawk list was dead (there aren't any public archives of it available at http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/). http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/bug-gnu-utils/2005-08/msg00061.html has the original bug report and the reply to it has a quick-fix, though I'm guessing that some `configure' script hackery will be required to correctly fix things up.
Do you have any timescales for the release of gawk-3.1.6? I know the usual open source response of "it's done when it's done" is more than likely :) I just thought it might be out relatively soon because of the widely reported (and already fixed) segfault with a non-existent input file bug.
