Well, i could install it. :)

As i said before, i changed the IceCat directory for a new uncompressed
one (for avoiding passed wrong configuration files). After
installing libpng12-dev & libxp-dev
I run $ egrep '(XLIBS|XT_LIBS)' config/autoconf.mk
and got
XLIBS           = -lX11
XT_LIBS                 = -lXt

i used, ./configure

all the work was done

make

...it passed make and later,

make install

Great it was installed!!

Now it works, but my goal was build it to use it with all the free
applications that uses a web browser Gnash, OpenJDK, kTorrent(open
torrent files from browser), etc.
And as the binaries it doesn't recognize any of the already installed
ones.
I think that i let that for other occasion. Now i want to use my new
compiled IceCat :)

Thanks for the help and support. :)
