I just built it (took me the whole day, sigh) and installed it in
/usr/local (the default).  Then I made a symlink at
/usr/local/lib/icecat-2.0.0.13-g1/plugins/ pointing to
/usr/lib/gnash/libgnashplugin.so.  It works.  Of course you must have
mozilla-plugin-gnash installed.

I don't know what/how IceCat should use OpenJDK.  Is it the ability to
run Java applets?  Anyway, my knowledge about Java is lacking so I'll
let someone else comment on this.

When I go to http://torrent.gnewsense.org/ and click on a torrent
file, a dialog appears with two options -- "Save to Disk" and "Open
with", the latter having a drop-down menu with "Transmission
(default)" available.  It seems that this functionality also works.
