There is no such item or tab. I have three tabs: General, Permissions, Preview (not sure if their names are exactly as stated, I translate from Russian).

I think if you disable DCOP and run it on terminal, it should work.
If it does, you can try to not running it on terminal.

I do as follows: right-click on the .sh script or on a shortcut and choose 'Open with' -> 'Another application' -> Enter 'bash' into the selection field, tick 'Run in terminal'/'Do not close after execution'. Both with the script and with the shortcut, I see in the terminal a message: 'run-icecat.sh: Cannot execute .'

I'm puzzled.
