GUB: guile fails to open lilypond-invoke-editor script

Hi,

In the fresh 2.13.7 installation on Windows, guile.exe exits with an
error when opening lilypond-invoke-editor:

C:\path\to\LilyPond>usr\bin\guile.exe -s usr\bin\lilypond-invoke-editor
ERROR: In procedure dynamic-link:
ERROR: file: "libguile-srfi-srfi-1-v-3", message: "can't open the module"

I get a similar error message on Mac OS X, but I'll have to check that later.
