Maybe...
I'm inclined to think that they are not related. #567 was a problem
with the lilypond-invoke-editor script itself, but this issue seems to
be a problem with Guile on Mac OS X and Windows.
The question is whether this is a GUB problem or an upstream problem
with Guile. I don't know.
