We continue to use CVS for variou sweb pages because CVS is simple to
use and it works.  Because it is so simple, relearning it cannot be
hard.

There is no need to change how we handle certain directoriess just
because a newer feature exists.  Does use of CVS for them cause a
concrete problem?
