Guys, sorry.  If you don't hear back from me within a couple of days,

What was this supposed to fix?  I still get the same issue.  The pdf is 
there but in debian/rules cdbs runs make clean which removes the pdf so 
if I build it twice in a row it fails.

At least with disable-doc I can build it the first time.  --enable-doc 
still blows up. :-(
