seems as if the bearded swede missed (again!) to respect DESTDIR or
something like that.

I assume that the phbuilder pbuild installs in /tmp/ only. This means
that when Xnee tries to install the docs in /usr/share/xnee it proves
that the Makefile is wrong ..... will check
