OK, couple of issues I see. make distclean removes the pdf file so I

can't include it in the package but --enable-doc is still failing for
me.
Guys, sorry. If you don't hear back from me within a couple of days,
just ping me.

What was this supposed to fix? I still get the same issue. The pdf is
there but in debian/rules cdbs runs make clean which removes the pdf so
if I build it twice in a row it fails.

At least with disable-doc I can build it the first time. --enable-doc
still blows up. :-(

Well, that is good, at least it builds from source. We can get
the docs through another method but it would be ideal if --enable-doc
worked.

Gah guys, I'm an idiot. It helps when you dig through the xnee.log. I was missing a build-dependency on texlive-generic-recommended (which has epsf.tex).

I'm going to play some more with the packaging and I'll hopefully post up a package soon for you guys to look at.

Thanks,

Barry
