[Chicken-hackers] Cygwin issues

Felix asked me to install 'pastiche' into the test system, just to stress-test
things.  It fails attempting to install sendfile.  I retried 'chicken-install
sendfile' and got this error:

I get the same failure with my 4.7.5 chicken on Cygwin, but not on Linux.

I haven't been using Chicken on Cygwin very much lately, but I do like
to have it around.

Monday we watch-a Firefly's house, but he no come out.  He wasn't home.
Tuesday we go to the ball game, but he fool us.  He no show up.  Wednesday he
go to the ball game, and we fool him.  We no show up.  Thursday was a
double-header.  Nobody show up.  Friday it rained all day.  There was no ball
