[Chicken-hackers] dropping srfi-1

Hi!


I noticed that Evan is heavily working on "modularizing" the core
units in the chicken-5 branch. Before our branches diverge too much,
we should consider whether the "drop-srfi-1" branch should be merged.

I have added an "unused" declaration to mini-srfi-1.scm, but did not
rename the primitives defined there, it appeared too ugly to me. I can
still do that, if you think this is better (a suggestion in what way
these operations should ne named would be appreciated in that case).

Peter mentioned that a squash-commit would be undesirable, so how
should this be handled, in case the change should be added?
