  Well, that seems to be the problem.  Did you generate an SSL
certificate?  You can't have an HTTPS server without an SSL
key/certificate, and you'll have to make one.  If you were using
libapache-mod-ssl, the command would be mod-ssl-makecert.  I'm not
sure what it is with apache-ssl, please consult the apache-ssl
documentation.

  Hm.  I'm not sure.  sf-httpd.conf just tells Apache to use SSL,
which requires that you have a working SSL certificate.  If you have
not, then commenting out the include will only remove the requirement
that SSL is enabled, thus allowing Apache to start.
