Emailing: test.denemo

Hi Richard,
I tried creating a new file from an old one in 4/4 and the Typeset 
insists that it is still in 4/4 though the editor agrees with me that it 
should be 3/4.
I looked at the Lilypond and though the movement said 3/4. the 
transposed Typeset had some 4/4 markup
