Did you mean you used:
Command: New from Current
Creates a new score from the current score omitting the actual music
and prompting for possible new values for clef, key, time signature,
titles etc.
Location: Main Menu ▶ File
Internal Name: NewScoreFromCurrent
if so it would seem you have uncovered an infelicity ( :) a bug) in
that command, (see below) it should check if you have decided on
different key/time signatures and attend to updating the mirrored
staffs.

yes, those are in the mirrored staffs - they have their
clef/keysig/timesigs frozen at the time when the mirroring happened.
There is an object at the start of them which says
"Right click to update clef/time/key"
so if you right click on those you can re-do the mirroring and all is
well.
