Hi Fabian,
thanks for your tip but it seems it did not work.
I have followed the tutorial until where it says:

The output will look something like this:

pip 20.0.2 from /usr/local/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/pip (python 2.7)

Just before where it says:

How to use Pip

Not sure if I have to still continue or not.
I have then tried to run my command which is:

python2
~/gr-lilacsat-pyqt5/examples/BY70-2/DSLWP-Downlink-Proxy/mun_downlink_proxy.py

But I still get:

Traceback (most recent call last):
  File
"/home/enzo/gr-lilacsat-pyqt5/examples/BY70-2/DSLWP-Downlink-Proxy/mun_downlink_proxy.py",
 line 31, in <module>
from PyQt5 import QtGui, QtCore, Qt, QtWidgets
ImportError: No module named PyQt5

Please any hint????
Thanks in advance
