Promote it in the general case. New adult verification
networks might choose it instead of building new or licensing
something that costs.
Convincing some organization that already has user login to
put up an AIS server -- hell, starting with savannah.gnu.org --
that's the current "marketing goal" for AIS. The current
development goal is implementing a "hard" server, then packaging
the two AIS servers that share a common database into a CPAN
module... possibly in place By The Time You Read This, possibly
not :)
