I will handle the legal issues for FD and consult with both RMS and Eben. 

As Eben said at the LSM in France, we need to get lawyers and governments on 
our side to win against proprietary. That is part of the advocacy function I 
will perform. 

I talked to Dan (a copyright lawyer and free software supporter) at LSM also, 
and I think he will help us as needed. 

These legal issues will undoubtedly get messy, but getting a legal team in 
place with a community of sympathetic outside lawyers is extremely important.
