[DotGNU]Call for testing Swig + Pnet = SwigSharp (For Debian)

Dear fellow hackers

I have just committed on the swig cvs some small changes to get the
csharp examples running under pnet/debian. (also the debian dir has
been updated)

Please cvs update and test.
