Though I would like some info if it works on hardware platforms with
Portable.net .... (Npgsql shouldn't have any huge problems with endianess,
as it seems to be using byte-by-byte read/write and most of the data is
network ordered anyway ?..)
Anybody to test it on non-x86 ?
