[DotGNU][Proposal] Naming convention for Bug reports

Dear Fellow Dotgnuers,

I have a humble suggestion for the naming of bugreports,
patches and such :

[Module-Name]/[Context] Description

for example : 
 [Pnet/Ildasm][Attributes] Problem with $74|\|63 Names
 [PnetLib/System.XML][Attributes] Problem with Funky hrefs
 [Pnet/ilrun] Crashing when running with /dev/null as input file


What do you think?

The issue is that is is hard to find bug reports that have to do with
system.xml for example. This would just make it easier for people who
dont read every single bug description to be able to help out more.
