[Duplicity-talk] Version 0.5.08 Released

Hi,

I screwed up big time with one change I made in the last release.  Its
not as easy to go backwards in GPL licenses as it is to go forwards.
This release changes the copyright from version 2 back to version 3 of
the GPL.  My apologies to anyone that was upset by this change.

I still hope to make the change to v2 so we can get some corporate help
and get duplicity up to speed in a few months rather than many.  I just
went about it the wrong way, so will start over.
