I just updated to 0.6.23 and deleted the duplicity archive but I still
get the GPG passphrase prompt.

How can I verify that a GPG keypair has no passphrase? I tried
creating a new keypair without a passphrase but the problem persists.
When creating the keypair, pinentry warns me "You have not entered a
passphrase". Later, all I have to do is hit "Enter" when prompted for
the passphrase which also indicates that there is no passphrase.

duplicity --ssh-options "-oIdentityFile=/root/.ssh/ssh_key"
--encrypt-key=key_id --sign-key=key_id / scp://192.168.0.2//backup
