    We have two 200Mbps links to the Internet (business grade with 
"guaranteed" speeds) in our office and both show the same performance 
drop after an hour or so.  We do not have any other application that 
needs that much bandwidth for an extended period of time so I cannot say 
for sure my ISP is doing something.  We used to have two separate 
servers until few weeks ago and both finished their full backups in a 
few hours (one had a 10Mbps connection and the other a 100Mbps 
connection).  Now that we are using a single server it can take up to 
two days to complete a full backup.  The old servers used older versions 
of Duplicity so maybe I will try downgrading to see if that affects the 
transfer before getting into a shouting match with my ISP.
