I don't know eglot at all (I use LSP), so maybe Joao can help here as he
wrote eglot. Lets wait for him because I have no idea about eglot
internals and its integration with imenu.

Probably the problem is that eglot returns something else in the
alist. So maybe we need an extra condition in the filter.
