[emms-help] emms-report.el

Attached is an Emacs lisp file called emms-report.el. It is a
suggested addition to EMMS which I wrote this morning. I'm hoping that
gmail does not mess with the newlines in its attachments.

emms-report.el is supposed to help people generate better bug reports
for EMMS, and make it easier too. emms-report.el currently lists which
EMMS features are loaded or not and the values of interesting EMMS
variables.

emms-report.el needs to be placed in the same directory together with
all the rest of the EMMS libraries in order to work.
