Dear Arun,

I have investigated your problem, and I have to say that I have no real
explanation on what is going wrong. The trouble may come from the fact that
the fictitious domain approximation generates oscillations around the drums
that are then passed to the source term... But I am more likely thinking that
this is a real bug, and it will unfortunately need more time to be solved :-(

I have performed some modifications of the POV geometry because you just
described the drums bottom at the floor level which can result into bad
numerical approximations. You will not that doing so, the red values are
removed. But this is not enough to face your problem...

Anyway ff3d can still solve your problem, but you should consider creating a
tetrahedral mesh that fits your geometry. Fortunately their are free 3D
meshes generators available on the web:
        http://tetgen.berlios.de/
        http://www.geuz.org/gmsh/

I suggest you to look at them, letting me the time to try to understand where
the problem comes from.

Best regards,
Stephane.
