[Freeipmi-devel] Supermicro X8DTG-QF System Event Log |

Dear Freeipmi devs,
I'm administrating a server with a Supermicro X8DTG-QF board. I'd like
to read the system event log with ipmi-sel as there seem to be cooling
problems with the system, however, the events are not interpreted:
# ipmi-sel --interpret-oem-data --output-oem-event-strings
ID | Date | Time | Name | Type | Event
1 | Nov-02-2011 | 00:01:14 | CPU2 Temp | OEM Reserved | OEM
Event Offset = 02h
2 | Nov-02-2011 | 01:01:14 | CPU2 Temp | OEM Reserved | OEM
Event Offset = 02h
3 | Nov-22-2011 | 14:02:10 | CPU1 Temp | OEM Reserved | OEM
Event Offset = 02h
4 | Nov-22-2011 | 14:02:10 | CPU1 Temp | OEM Reserved | OEM
Event Offset = 02h
5 | Nov-27-2011 | 22:09:21 | CPU2 Temp | OEM Reserved | OEM
Event Offset = 02h
6 | Nov-27-2011 | 22:09:24 | CPU2 Temp | OEM Reserved | OEM
Event Offset = 02h
7 | Nov-28-2011 | 21:02:05 | CPU2 Temp | OEM Reserved | OEM
Event Offset = 02h
8 | Nov-28-2011 | 21:02:05 | CPU2 Temp | OEM Reserved | OEM
Event Offset = 02h
With ipmi-sensors I can see some more information about CPU[12] Temp:
# ipmi-sensors --interpret-oem-data --output-sensor-state

I wonder why the current temperature value is not shown by neither
ipmi-sensors nor superodoctor.
