I don't think anybody's mentioned the Friends Meeting House - they have
rooms to hire from 14 quid an evening upwards depending on capacity and
luxury. Manchester NO2ID met there when we had a need to provide access
for a wheelchair user; we defaulted to the function room at the Town
Hall Taven after that (which I still think would be a fine idea for
fsuk-manchester modulo access needs; it's frequently available, free,
and convenient).
