if we're going to change, I would made all 3 failure message more similar
"SMS Send failed (%s)\n"
"Saving failed (%s)\n"

and there there are many strings to change just to have uniform
failure messages (at least to use only one form among "can't",
"cannot", "couldn't")

try this command:
grep -i -E "(failed|can't|cannot|couldn't)" po/it.po
