Follow-up Comment #17, task #15128 (project gnuastro):
Yes ;-), first focus on the WCS features to possibly do the conversion using
WCSLIB itself.
We do later need features to extract the distortion matrix, but that can be
better done after the first step above and understanding how to manipulate
WCSLIB's internal structure ;-).
