I'm trying to turn resignation off. Am I doing something wrong?
$ ./configure --disable-resignation-allowed
...
$ grep RESIGN config.h
#define RESIGNATION_ALLOWED 1
Editing config.h by hand seems to work, though.
I also noticed that gnugo -l doesn't seem to resign, but I don't know if
it should.
