This is also how one would store checks such as "prescribed
penicillamin and not previously_prescribed do alert 'are you
sure you don't mean penicillin ?'".

It also overlaps with the event/"recall" mechanism I have offered for
discussion many moons ago: Some action generates an expected
event for some other action such as drawing a blood sample
generates an anticipated event "importing lab results" which
in turn generates an anticipation for "lab results reviewed".
