Hi Michael,

I wonder if this needs to be a plugin at all ? Why not just
importing/calling it when Help->About is clicked and deleting it
upon dismissal ? It surely needn't take away an entry on the
notebook tab list. This would also cleanly avoid the plugin
configuration table issues.
