You mean on the right-hand side ? (I assume you are referring
to Richard's "clinical summary" screen)

Yes, that's one of the intentions.

Well, no. If you leave "Richard space" you leave
"Richard space". It's as simple as that. If one doesn't want
to see other bottom-row tabs one does not load them.

As for No:

If I understand Richard correctly his "scratch pad" *is not*
intended for regular clinical narrative but rather for little
reminders to Self ! That's what the static demo text suggests,
too.

As for Yes:
Yes, both allow input of free-text. But, no, if my above
functional assessment is correct scratch pad data will be
stored in another table. Also, there's no problem in having
several ways of entering clinical narrative.
