[Gnumed-devel] single box SOAP functional at last !

Dear GnuMedders,

believe it or not but you can now store free-text clinical
notes in GnuMed (but not view/modify them yet :-)))

The single box SOAP field stores its content in the database
when a) it has been modified, b) is non-empty, and c) "save"
is pressed or the active patient is changed.

Conceptually, I don't see much that needs to be changed
anymore (apart from that one really wants other widgets to
allow for clinical notes input).

Tested and works for me. Use a generic database tool (pgAdmin,
psql, etc) to watch the notes accumulate in the database.
Please test and comment.
