[Gnumed-devel] GnuMed client scripting progressing

We now have a threaded XML-RPC scripting listener ready for
incorporation into the client.
python-common/gmScriptingListener listens for macro commands
via XML-RPC and hands them to
wxpython/gmMacro.cMacroPrimitives. gmMacro contains test code
that connects to itself and runs through a few test calls.

Next up is loading this in gmGuiMain if --slave is given.
